For everyone's comfort and safety, only registered guests may stay at the property.
To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere, parties and events are not permitted.
Sauna
We hope you enjoy a relaxing sauna experience during your stay.
After use, please remember to turn the sauna off. When pouring water over the sauna stones, use warm water only, as cold water may activate the heater's safety mechanism and temporarily switch it off.
Pets
At the moment, we're taking a little break from hosting pets. We kindly ask that you don't bring a pet unless this has been agreed with us in advance.
Pets brought to the property without prior approval will incur a fee of €50 per pet, per night.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If you wish to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
Damages
If anything is damaged or isn't working as expected during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. We're always happy to help and can often resolve small issues quickly.
Guests & House Capacity
The house is designed for a comfortable stay of 4 guests and can accommodate up to 6 in total, including adults and children of all ages.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, all guests (adults and children) must be included in the reservation. If your plans change, please let us know in advance so we can update your booking. Additional guests will be charged according to our current rates.
For the comfort and security of all our guests, only registered guests may stay at the property.
Quiet Hours
To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 23:00 and 08:00 and be considerate of our neighbours.
Parties & Fireworks
To ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, parties, loud music, and fireworks are not permitted at the property.
